Terms & Conditions for Heart Heart Thrive @ 5- Do Good and Share!

  1. Participants may submit more than 1 entry.
  2. Each story submitted will be reviewed (at least 2 working day) by the organizer before publishing at the website. Participant will be notified via email after the story has been successfully published.
  3. For each successfully published entry, ONE Heart Heart plush toy will be donated to an underprivileged child.
  4. Top 5 stories with the most Likes win

    One (1) limited edition Great Heart T-shirt + One (1) Heart Heart plush toy
  5. Voting period ends on 31th August 2018.
  6. The organiser will select 5 winners with the most inspiring story.

  7. The winners list will be announced on Great Heart Charity Facebook page on 7 September 2018 (Friday). Winners will then be contacted, at any time via email/phone by the organiser. Prizes are to be self collected at Great Heart Charity Association Office at Gamuda Biz Suites, Kota Kemuning. Prizes will be forfeited if selected winner(s) fails to collect the prizes by 28 September 2018.
  8. Story and photo submitted must be original and shall not breach any intellectual property rights belonging to any party.
  9. Participants confirm that each individual whose image is featured in the Campaign entry has given consent for the use of his/her name and image in connection with this Campaign and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Where an individual whose image is featured in a Campaign entry is aged less than 18 years the participant confirms that the parent or guardian of that individual has given the relevant consent.
  10. The organiser reserves the right to edit the participant’s stories/caption for content and length without any prior notice to the participants, and the participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials featured.
  11. The organiser reserves the right to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
