How often do we give thanks to people who are working in a service line? Tol attendant, cashier, cleaner, security guard, waiter, customer service etc. Everyday we are a by passer to these people, we never cross path.

One of the day, I decided to do something different by giving a small treat to a tol attendant that will be helping me with my TouchNgo top up service. Hairusipa who was on duty was surprised with the treat and gave me a big smile. I wished him a good shift at work and he wished me a good night. 🙂

The intention of doing this is simple, when you need a smile, send somebody some smiles too.
